AHS Staffing today announced it has earned a Health Care Staffing Services Certification from The Joint Commission demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitme

AHS Staffing underwent a rigorous onsite survey from November 14th through the 16th. During the review, a Joint Commission expert surveyor evaluated compliance with business standards related to several areas, including document and process control, risk reduction, and staff qualifications and competency. The surveyor also conducted onsite observations and interviews.
Health Care Staffing Services Certification firms undergo an announced initial review. Re-certification reviews are unannounced and are conducted on-site every other year. The review focuses on a firm’s ability to provide competent staffing services and evaluates performance, continuing education and training, placement criteria, and other areas.
